Chuck in response to the two Conservation Resolutions I would like to provide the following. 

1.	Sunday Hunting.---As you know this is a legislative issue. Once the General Assembly gives the 
Commission the authority to look into seasons for Sunday Hunting, we will do so.

2.	Increased Penalty for ATVs---Unfortunately the General Assembly again has to make this change. They 
prescribe the level of punishment for certain acts as defined within Title 34. The current level 
for ATVs is codified in law. We would certainly like to increase the cost of illegal use of ATVs on 
Game Lands as we would hope it would be deterrent. 


Both issues require legislation to make the changes.
