Vice President - East

Lowell Graybill, Lancaster County, was elected President of PFSC during our Spring conference March 14, 2020. Mr.  Graybill formerly served as treasurer of the PFSC. As PFSC President, he will be working diligently to ensure PFSC remains relevant in all areas of the organizations mission and that it remains at the forefront for conservation initiatives in Pennsylvania.

"I look foreword to my tenure as the President of the PFSC. There are many challenges ahead of us as an organization and as conservationists. We must forge relationships and work together in all aspects of conservation, the Second Amendment and our outdoor heritage. Together we can tackle what is ahead of us."

Lowell has been actively involved with the PFSC since 1999. He has always had an interest in the outdoors and eagerly began hunting turkey and deer with his new wife and father-in-law in the late 80s. Lowell and his wife became certified to teach Hunter-Trapper Education classes around the time their children Stephanie and David were old enough to purchase their first hunting licenses at the age of twelve. Both he and his wife, Tracy, were presented the PGC Outstanding Instructor of the Year away in 2016.
